		<description>The main reason I would  not  use Ubuntu in the past for all my premium rapidshare downloads, was I did not have enough knowledge of the software available. In fact I am still in the dark as to what is out there, so I decided to write a post on my blog UbuntuDan and get educated at the same time. I hope this helps someone.

		<description>I install upgrade package of ubuntu 8.10 tomorrow, because somethink wrong, installing process was interupted. and when i try to installing package again, there is a error message:
E:dpkg was interupted,you must manually run &quot;dpkg --configure -a&quot; to correct the problem.
E:_chache-&gt;open failed(), please report.

I&#039;m a newbie, so i wish to all of bro advice me a solution about this problem, please. thx b4
