Abraham Olandres (Abe), posts in his blog that eBay and PayPal promised that full PayPal is largely possible by 2007. That is a good news and I hope that it’s real news.
Hopefully, full eBay and PayPal support would available to all “send only” countries, including my beloved country, Indonesia 
Therefore, I can receive money, send money, and withdraw my money even to US Bank. The main feature that I, and all Indonesian, need is receive money.
Hopefully eBay and PayPal full support will come true soon. Amen!
